The Cardiff support centre is a jewel in Lenvi’s crown, serving as a centre of excellence with the largest, dedicated loan servicing support centre in the UK, supported by best-in-class, cloud-based solutions to drive our service efficiency and quality. This move reflects the ongoing growth in our loan servicing offering over the past two years and ensures we continue to deliver exceptional service to meet our clients' growing needs.
Our decision to maintain our contact centre in Cardiff was an easy one. The city’s financial ecosystem has fostered our business growth over the last 2 years while part of the Equiniti Group, and Cardiff’s vibrant community remains integral to Lenvi’s lifeblood as we continue our journey independently and seek to build lasting relationships in the area.
