Wales Awards V2

Lenvi are thrilled to announce that two of Lenvi’s team were awarded Gold Winners at the Cnect Wales Awards 2024 on Friday 27th September.

Our Compliance Manager, Jawad Kiani, won Support Manager of the Year while David Jebson, Business Analyst, took home the award for Support Person of the Year. It’s fantastic to see recognition for their exceptional leadership and commitment to excellence.

Hosted by well-known comedian and Bake Off Extra Slice presenter, Tom Allen, the Cnect Wales Awards last week was a great evening, celebrating the talent and innovation within the Welsh business community. Hosted at the lively Cardiff City Stadium, the event brought together a fantastic crowd of peers and colleagues celebrating success and recognising the hard work and dedication of so many individuals and companies across the community.

Lenvi’s award winners

The highlight of the night, of course, was seeing our own team members take to the stage as winners. It was fantastic to see their hard work and commitment recognised, and their contributions celebrated so publicly:

Jawad Kiani

After Lenvi was carved out of the Equiniti Group in 2023, Jawad Kiani built his compliance team from scratch and played a key role in launching the customer excellence centre in Cardiff, which now manages a £24.7bn loan book with 240,000 customers. He established compliance frameworks, ensured regulatory adherence, and supported colleagues through training and clear communication. Jawad's efforts in developing QA scorecards, leading Consumer Duty compliance, and reshaping KPIs have significantly enhanced Lenvi's operations. His collaborative approach and dedication to best practices have earned him respect and recognition, making him a deserving winner of this award.

David Hebson

David Hebson played an equally crucial role in launching and developing Lenvi’s customer excellence centre in Cardiff. David was instrumental in preparing the call centre staff to handle a high volume of enquiries by mapping out processes and creating over 6,000 test documents. David's ability to adapt to emerging challenges, resolving issues and re-modelling processes to accommodate a broader range of enquiries, has been invaluable. His open-minded approach and collaborative efforts have led to faster resolutions and improved teamwork. David's exceptional insights and support to his colleagues have made him an indispensable member of the Lenvi team.
